Culinary Adventure

Meals are prepared daily by our talented chefs, providing hearty and fresh meals so you can focus on what’s important- Enjoying your adventure on the river. All guests will dine together at our large family style dining room table. Our menu changes based on availability of items, but what remains the same is our attention to providing guests with an unmatched culinary experience.

Guest can decide daily which lunch option they want! Guests can take a bagged lunch on the boat, enjoy shore lunch (lunch cooked on the river bank by your guide) or come back to the lodge for a freshly prepared, hot lunch.

Cocktail Hour and Hors d’oeuvres

After a day on the water, guests can enjoy a beverage of choice and an assortment of Hors d’oeuvres before dinner.

Dinner

Guests sit down to a three course meal- A first course, main course and dessert! A carefully selected series of red and white wines will be served with dinner.

Grab and Go

There is always a selection of grab and go snacks at the lodge! Hot water for tea and hot cocoa and hot coffee are available all day.

Shore Lunch

Shore lunch is an opportunity guests have to enjoy a picnic on the riverside! This can be done in individual boat groups or as one big group. We find, the more the merrier! Guides will prepare freshly caught fish, and hash browns over a fire and serve it up with a cold side (like pasta salad or slaw) and fresh baked cookies. The guides do all the set up so you can take in the beautiful scenery of our picnic location. For inclement weather or when the river level is high, we can opt for a shore lunch at the lodge! This is served family style and is a great way to spend time with your whole group and the guides!
