Lodge
A Gem in the Wilderness
The Spruce log lodge, completed in 1976, is a marvel in the wilds of Alaska. Overlooking the river, tundra, and Nulato Hills, it blends into the environment while offering a luxurious retreat. The central great room, with its “flying buttress” ceiling and stone fireplace, is the heart of the lodge. Surrounded by leather sofas, guests can unwind and share stories. This room is adorned with trophy mounts, native Inupiaq artifacts, and archaeological treasures. The lodge also features a dining area, gourmet kitchen, tackle shop, and a hand-carved bar.
