Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until deposit payment has been received. Guests have 14 business days to pay the full deposit from date of deposit email/Square request.
Bookings after June 1st: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until deposit payment has been received. Full payment is due 14 days after the deposit has been made or prior to arrival if sooner than 14 days.
Bar tabs, merchandise, Tips: paid by cash or check at the end of the week.
Cancelation Policy: Cancellation made within 90 days of confirmed arrival date is subject to receive remaining balance (minus deposit).
Cancellation made within 30 days of confirmed arrival date will not receive a refund.
No refund/credit for unused portion of package. No refunds shall be made after guest arrival.
